Bio
Coach DeLeon joins the MJC Men’s Soccer Team for his first season as the goalkeeper coach, bringing a strong foundation of playing and coaching experience. A former collegiate athlete at San Joaquin Delta College, he developed his skills through years of competitive club soccer and advanced play. During his service in the U.S. Marine Corps in Hawaii, he earned the honor of being selected to the U.S. Armed Forces Soccer Team—a testament to his dedication and talent.
Following his playing career, Coach DeLeon turned his focus to developing young athletes, coaching at both Lathrop High School and East Union High School. His coaching approach blends the discipline of military service with a deep understanding of the goalkeeper position. With a passion for mentorship and growth, he is committed to helping MJC’s goalkeepers reach their full potential, both on and off the field.
