MJC’s Sydney Streeter Shines with 2nd Lowest Score at the 3C2A NorCal Championships
Modesto Junior College's standout golfer Sydney Streeter delivered an exceptional performance at the 2025 3C2A Women's Golf NorCal Championships, finishing with the second-lowest individual score of the tournament. Competing at Madera Country Club, Streeter carded impressive rounds of 76 and 71, showcasing consistency, precision, and mental toughness across two competitive days of play.
Her two-round total of 147 placed her among the top golfers in Northern California, helping lead the MJC Women's Golf Team to a strong overall finish at the event. Streeter's final-round 71 was one of the best scores of the championship, as she found her rhythm early and maintained composure under pressure.
"Sydney has been a rock for our program all season," said MJC Head Coach Milan Motroni. "Her focus and competitive drive really showed this week — shooting under par on the final day at Madera is no easy feat."
With her standout performance, Streeter not only solidified her reputation as one of the top community college golfers in the state but also positioned herself well heading into the California State Championships later this month.
